MLC Kavitha responds on CBI notices over Delhi Liquor scam

K. Kavitha, a TRS MLC and the daughter of Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, (KCR) whose name surfaced in the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) inquiry into the case involving the Delhi liquor policy, has been questioned by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). According to Section 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the central agency has given her notice and asked her to indicate the preference of place as soon as possible for the examination at 11 a.m. on that day.

"A CBI notice under Section 160 of the CrPC has been issued to me asking for clarification. I told the authorities that I could meet them on December 6 at my home in Hyderabad if they so desired "Friday, Kavita said.
