YSRCP leader Gurunath Reddy attends an ED investigation into the casino case in Hyderabad
On Thursday, a member of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP), which is currently in power in Andhra Pradesh, appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in relation to the Nepal casino issue. The ED has served notices on YSRCP leader Gurnath Reddy in Anantapur as well as telangana leaders as part of its ongoing investigation into the casino case that was initially reported in Hyderabad four months ago. Today, the investigation was continued in the Hyderabad office. The hearing was attended by Gurnath Reddy.
After receiving a new summons to appear for questioning in the casino case, former Anantapur MLA Gurnath Reddy travelled to the ED office in Basheerbagh, Hyderabad.
Gurunath Reddy's presence comes a day after the agency questioned Mahesh and Dharam Yadav, brothers of Telangana's animal husbandry minister T. Srinivas Yadav, amid claims that they visited Nepal, engaged in casino gambling, and broke FEMA regulations.
