YS Sharmila announces to contest from Paleru in the assembly election

YSR Telangana Party chief YS Sharmila said that she will run for the Paleru assembly constituency in Khammam district in the next assembly elections in December 2023. On Sunday, the leader revealed her decision to the party cadre at Nelakondapally, Paleru assembly constituency.
Addressing the party workers, YS Sharmila stated, "Paleru will now be my home town." She went on to say that since the inception of Telangana state, there has been a demand for YSR's kin to run for election in Paleru. From now on, it is not just your dream that I be a contestant from Paleru, but it is also mine.
