YSRCP all set to hold plenary meeting since it came to power

The ruling YSRCP of Andhra Pradesh will have its first plenary session since taking power in 2019. The plenary, which will be convened after three years, is expected to lay the groundwork for the party's return to power in the 2024 elections. The plenary gathering is expected to take place in July month near the campus of Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur district. However, official confirmation is still pending.

The YSRCP's top leadership is expected to discuss and decide on a strategy to counter false information spread by the TDP and educate people on the government's development and welfare initiatives at the plenary.

CM Jagan is likely to set the course for the party leaders to follow in order to meet the aim. According to party insiders, he will direct party leaders to go out to the people and explain to them how the YSRCP accomplished 95% of its election promises. The party will reportedly form various committees to oversee the event. Because elections are coming in two years, Jagan Reddy wants party leaders to be prepared to face the polls and work together.
