Soon after news of Putin's failing health surfaced, rumours of Chinese President Xi Jinping suffering from a brain aneurysm began to circulate on social media.

Kim Jong Un did not appear in public for one month in 2021 and appeared to have shed roughly 20 kgs during that time. This fueled widespread speculation that he was undergoing open-heart surgery.
