MP Kesineni Nani demands Vizag Railway Zone in Lok Sabha; gets answer

Telugudesam MP Kesineni Nani has inquired when the Central Government will begin construction on the Visakhapatnam Railway Zone in residual Andhra Pradesh as part of the AP Re-Organisation Act 2014. It is not currently operating, TDP MP stated. In a statement to the Lok Sabha, a TDP MP asked the Railway Minister about the delay and demanded answers on this matter. Despite Prime Minister Modi's assurances, he claims that no work has commenced.

In response, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav stated that the government is completely committed to completing the South Coast Railway Zone as soon as possible. The Minister stated that construction work, site location, DPR, and other aspects are nearing completion.
