US President Joe Biden abuses journalist and apologises

On Monday, January 24, US President Joe Biden apologised for using abusive language in front of a reporter at a White House function. President Biden was caught on a live mic after losing his cool at a normal news conference. He verbally attacked Fox News reporter Peter Doocy when the latter asked him a question on the country's growing inflation.

However, within an hour after the occurrence, Biden contacted Doocy and apologised. The video of Biden's words was extensively circulated on various social media sites, provoking indignation among the Americans.
