AP employees unhappy over govt orders on PRC
Employees were apparently dissatisfied with the Jagan government's execution of the Pay Revision Commission, and JAC officials attempted to conceal the employees' unhappiness.
However, after seeing the Jagan administration's late-night GOs on the implementation of the PRC, the JAC leader made a complete U-Turn and began denouncing the Jagan government, claiming that it had treated employees cruelly. According to JAC officials, the Jagan government has discontinued the city compensatory allowance (CCA) and substantially decreased the housing rent allowance (HRA).
AP JAC leaders in the press meet have made it clear that their protest will continue till their demands are not fulfilled. They have also reminded CAG report about the economic condition of the state on a good note.
