YS Jagan government likely to withdraw resolution passed to abolish Legislative Council

Amaravati: The YS Jagan Mohan Reddy-led government is likely to withdraw the resolution passed in the Legislative Assembly to abolish the Legislative Council. Sources said that the state government is likely to announce the decision in the Assembly today. It is learned that the government will send the resolution withdrawal copy to the Centre. At present YSRCP has a full majority in the Council. It is said that Finance Minister Buggana Rajender will introduce the Three Capitals withdrawal bill in the council today. It is known that the YS Jagan-led government passed a resolution in the Assembly to abolish the Legislative Council.
