BCCI reacts to hatred against Mohammed Shami’s days after India-Pak match

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has extended its support to Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami, who became a victim of online trolls and abuse post T20 World Cup opener match. In the game against Pakistan, Shami proved expensive as he conceded many runs in an over. Pakistan defeated India by 10 wickets.
Seasoned cricketers like Virender Sehwag, Sachin Tendulkar and more have come in support of the Indian pacer. Even BCCI has tweeted on the said development. The caption reads with a photo of Shami, “proud, strong, upward and onward”. Earlier, Shami overcame surgery and faced the allegations from his wife over his alleged affair with someone.
