CM YS Jagan focuses to encourage AP tourism
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy presided over the State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) meeting on Wednesday and instructed authorities to ensure that Andhra Pradesh becomes a tourism destination. The State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) met to explore how various companies want to invest in the state. According to sources, these businesses would invest Rs 2,868 crore in tourist projects in Andhra Pradesh, potentially employing 48,000 people.Oberoi Company has announced plans to create Oberoi Vilas resorts in Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Pitchukalanka, Gandikota, and Horsley Hills, while the Hayat Group has declared plans to build a Star Hotel and Convention Centre in Shilparamam, Visakhapatnam. The Tunnel Aquarium and Sky Tower in Visakhapatnam, as well as the Hyatt Palace Hotel in Vijayawada, will be built.
