Aryan Khan's lawyer cites a Modi govt plan to get him out of jail; court adjourns SRK son's hearing
The hearing on Aryan Khan's bail plea has been postponed to Wednesday at 2.30 p.m. by the Bombay High Court. Mukul Rohatgi, former Attorney-General of India, argued for celebrity Shah Rukh Khan's son, saying that junior Khan was not a customer on the Goa-bound cruise when the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) apprehended him during a raid, but was just invited as a guest. He has advocated forcefully for Aryan Khan's release, claiming that he requires rehabilitation rather than incarceration. Rohatgi also mentioned the central government's ambitions to implement reform measures and claimed that Aryan, as a young child, should be sent for rehabilitation rather than being imprisoned.
