KTR corrects his tweet after Revanth Reddy finds fault on it
Within minutes after Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president A. Revanth Reddy labelling him an irresponsible minister on the micro-blogging site, IT minister K.T. Rama Rao was compelled to correct his Tweet. Revanth Reddy posted a notice issued by the Hyderabad city police on Tuesday declaring a reward of Rs.10 lakh to anyone who provides information or a clue that leads to the arrest of Pallakonda Raju, the absconding accused in the rape and murder of a six-year-old girl on September 9 within the Saidabad police station limits. His post was in reaction to KTR's tweet, which said the accused had been apprehended. Within minutes after Revanth Reddy's post, KTR rectified himself through Twitter, writing, 'Would want to correct my tweet below.' I had been misled that he had been arrested. 'Regret the erroneous statement', KTR added.
