CBI Court to hear AP CM Jagan & Vijaya Sai Reddy bail cancel petition today
Raghu Rama Krishna Raju, a rebel MP from Andhra Pradesh's governing YSRCP, has filed a plea to revoke CM YS Jagan's bail. Another appeal was also filed by Narsapuram MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju, who wanted Jagan's close aide and YSRCP parliamentary party leader Vijay Sai Reddy's bail to be revoked. The CBI court has already said that the decision would be delivered on September 15 after both parties' arguments on a petition seeking the revocation of YS Jagan and Vijayasai Reddy's bail have concluded. The court said that it will decide on Vijayasai Reddy and Jagan's bail petitions concurrently. The accusations against Jagan emanate from the time when his father, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, was the chief minister of unified Andhra Pradesh from 2004 to 2009.
