At least 50 killed in fire at Iraq Covid hospital
In a horrifying incident, at least 50 people killed and several injured severely after a huge fire broke out at a Covid-19 ward in a hospital in Iraq's southern city of Nassiriya. After getting the information, the rescuers rushed to the hospital and immediately shifted the injured persons to other hospitals. Hospital officials said that the fire mishap took place due to the explosion of an oxygen tank on the premises of the hospital or a short circuit. In April, a fire accident took place in a hospital in Baghdad in which 82 people were killed and more than 100 injured.
