CBI court adjourns hearing on CM Jagan's bail cancel petition to July 1
Hyderabad: The CBI special court on Monday adjourned the hearing on Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail cancellation petition filed by YSRCP rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju to July 1. Responding to the counter of CM’s advocate, MP’s lawyer submitted a rejoinder to the court today and argued that false allegations were levelled against the MP. He brought to the notice of the judge that only FIRs were registered against Raju and no charge sheets were filed so far. Hearing was adjourned as Jagan’s counsel sought time to present arguments on rejoinder.
