CM Jagan's Delhi tour turn successful after meeting with five union ministers

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's two days Delhi tour turned successful. CM Jagan met five Union Ministers in two days, and the meetings have turned successful, it is learned. His meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah has become the tour's highlight as it lasted for more than one hour last evening. There are reports of CM Jagan seeking funds for various pending projects in the state and discussed other burning political issues. He has reportedly discussed the prospects of three capitals for decentralization of power, special category status, the high court in Kurnool etc. Earlier, CM Jagan met Union Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar, Union Water Resources Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. He has also met Niti Ayog Vice Chairman Dr. Rajiv Kumar. According to the reports, CM Jagan discussed issues like three state capitals, decentralization of development, the revised estimated cost for the Polavaram project, provision of the basic infrastructure to the newly constructed colonies and discussed these in length for approval. On Friday morning, CM Jagan met the Union Minister for Commerce, Industries, Railways Piyush Goyal and Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
