The Andhra Pradesh government moved a lunch motion petition in High Court seeking to dismiss orders delivered by the CID special court on May 15 in YSRCP rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju’s case. Additional Advocate General Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy has raised objection over CID court instructing the police to conduct medical tests on arrested MP in Ramesh Hospitals, a private hospital, even after the medical board constituted by the High Court submitting its report after examining the MP. He also objected to the presence of CRPF personnel when the medical tests are being conducted on MP at Ramesh Hospitals.
