At UNSC, India condemns rocket attack that killed Indian nurse
India condemned the rocket attacks from Gaza in which an Indian nurse in Israel. Mourning the death of her in Israel, India's Permanent Representative TS Tirumurti condemned the attack. Addressing at a rare Security Council meeting on Sunday, he reemphasised India's support for the Palestinian cause and condemned Israel's attacks. He said that India lost one of her nationals residing in Israel during the rocket attacks. Earlier, Soumya Santosh, a native of Kerala was killed in Ashkelon, Israel by Iran-backed Hamas organisations rockets attacks. She was working as a caregiver. At least 40 people died in the Israeli airstrikes.
