UPSC civil services preliminary exam-2021 postponed
The civil services preliminary examination scheduled for June has been postponed to October, the UPSC said in a statement. The annual civil service examination to select officers of Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and other allied services are conducted in three stages, namely prelims exam, mains exam, and interview or personality test round. The UPSC has postponed the prelims exam scheduled for June 27 to October 10 due to the increasing number of coronavirus cases in the country. According to the reports, the UPSC has also postponed other examinations.
