Pawan Kalyan expresses anxiety over 40% in Gollavilli village testing positive
East Godavari: Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan has expressed serious concern over 40 per cent of people in Gollavilli village near Amalapuram in East Godavari district testing positive for novel coronavirus. He stated that 20 persons have died after contracting the novel coronavirus in a village of 5,000 population. The Jana Sena chief requested the AP government to pay special attention on the village by conducting door-to-door fever survey and covid tests. He mentioned that declaring the village as a red zone and spraying disinfectant on streets will not remove fear among the villagers. Pawan Kalyan further asked the state government to improve the medical facilities in the nearby hospitals to provide better treatment to the people. He requested the Jana Sena leaders, who are helping the people in the village, to wear double masks and follow the covid protocols.
