High Court questions Telangana govt over sudden announcement of lockdown
The High Court on Tuesday raised several serious questions over sudden announcement of lockdown. It asked the Telangana government as to how the people belonging to other states will travel from Telangana in a short time when lockdown is imposed from Wednesday onwards. Responding to the question, Advocate-General BS Prasad said that e-passes will be issued for emergency travel. Regarding other questions like continuing vaccination, stoppage of ambulances at inter-state borders and about the plight of migrant workers, the AG informed the High Court that state government will announce guidelines on Tuesday evening.
