Delhi police arrested Matrix Cellular CEO for hoarding imported oxygen concentrators
The Delhi police arrested Gourav Khanna (47), CEO of Matrix Cellular, on Friday night for hoarding imported oxygen concentrators. Matrix Cellular, an international cell phone service provider, is one of the companies involved in importing the equipment. The company received a consignment of 650 oxygen concentrators, of which 524 have been recovered.
The concentrators are being sold for as much as Rs 71,000. According to police, the CEO anticipated the second wave of coronavirus and imported the oxygen concentrators in December 2020. Search is on to nab the other accused Navneet Kalra in the case.
