Vigilance DGP reaches Achampet to probe land grabbing allegations against Eatala

On the directions of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Vigilance DGP Purnachandra Rao on Saturday reached Achampet to probe allegations of Health Minister Eatala Rajender’s followers have forcibly took away the assigned lands on the outskirts of Achampet village in Medak district to set up a hatchery.
The CM also instructed Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar to direct Medak District Collector to submit a report to him regarding the land occupying charges. However, Eatala has denied the allegations levelled against him and demanded the inquiry with a sitting High Court judge.
