Maharashtra Government employee seeks permission to come on a Horse to office citing back pain
As the covid cases are on the rise, people working in various places show fear of riding public transport. In Maharasthra, the fear is more among the employees due to the surge in covid cases. In a bizarre incident, a government employee Satish Punjabrao Deshmukh from Maharashtra's Nanded, has written a letter to the Collector requesting permission for coming to the office daily on a horse. Deshmukh reportedly said that he suffers from back pain and added that he couldn't afford a car. Therefore he has chosen a horse to ride to his office every day. However, his request was not considered.
