Chinese hackers are still actively targeting Indian Port
NEW DELHI: Chinese hackers are still actively targetting two Indian major ports. The USA firm Recorded Future identified that group RedEcho targeted 10 distinct power generation and transmission sectors and two organisations in the maritime sector. Recorded Future, the world's largest provider of intelligence for enterprise security said that still many operations links are active between attacker and attackee.
Earlier, the Chinese hackers' groups tried to block major power supplies in the nation including Telangana. Officials removed the malware from the substations. Last year October, Chinese hackers attacked the Mumbai power supply.
