Watch: Kerala engineer student uses drone to help rescue drowning fishermen

A 19-year-old engineering student from Kerala’s Thrissur got an appreciation for using his mind to save the lives of four fishermen who were drowning in the sea off the Kerala coast. The engineering student Dewang Subil rescued four missing fishermen with his drone. The incident came to light on January 5th morning, when four fishermen collapsed in the sea in a vessel carrying them around 11 nautical miles from the coast.When Dewang Subil heard about this accident from his father, he had rushed immediately to the coast with his drone and passed the information to the search party using his drone to locate the fishermen.
