VK Sasikala suffers from fever and breathing difficulties; shifted to hospital

VK Sasikala, aide of former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa, has suffered from fever at the Parappana Agrahara prison in Bengaluru. She was immediately shifted to the Bowring hospital in Bengaluru after she developed breathing problems. According to sources, the oxygen saturation levels of VK Sasikala were low. Reportedly, she has had fever intermittently in the last 10 days and the covid-19 test was also done to her. VK Sasikala, who has been serving four year sentence in the disproportionate assets case is scheduled to be released from prison on January 27.
