KTR launches vaccination drive, says Hyd emerged as vaccine hub for world

Minister for IT and Municipal Administration K Taraka Rama Rao on Saturday launched a vaccination drive at Tilak Nagar in Hyderabad. Speaking to the media, Rama Rao mentioned that Hyderabad has emerged as a hub for vaccine development for the world. He made an appeal to people to show restraint as everyone will get vaccine shots. As per the guidelines of the Central government, people’s representatives will be the last to get covid vaccines, he mentioned. Covid vaccination drive has started in 140 centres in Telangana state. Thirty frontline workers will be administered covid vaccine every day in each centre.
