Telangana’s first covid vaccinated frontline health worker K Jayamma’s reaction

K Jayamma, Telangana’s first vaccinated frontline health worker, said she has no side effects with the covid vaccine. She recalled extending medical services to coronavirus patients in the last ten months despite knowing that she will also contract the virus. Jayamma further said that she gave hope for the patients undergoing after testing positive. The DMHO stated that the covid vaccine will be administered to 50 health and sanitation staff every day starting from Monday onwards. Covid vaccination drive was officially launched in Telangana on Saturday in the presence of Health Minister Eatala Rajender and Union Minister G Kishan Reddy.
