Top BJP leaders including Somu Veerraju prevented from visiting Ramatheertham temple
The police prevented the top BJP leaders including AP state president Somu Veerraju and the party’s state general secretary Vishnuvardhan Reddy from visiting the Ramatheertham temple in the Vizianagaram district on Thursday. Vishnuvardhan and Veerraju became unconscious in a scuffle between police and the BJP leaders. Speaking to the media, the BJP chief slammed the Jagan government for not allowing the BJP leaders to visit Ramatheertham. He asked the AP government as to why permission was given to opposition leader and TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu and YSRCP Rajya Sabha member Vijaya Sai Reddy to visit the temple.
