Nara Lokesh, TDP MLAs & MLCs lead unique protest march to AP Assembly

TDP national general secretary and MLC Nara Lokesh, TDP MLAs, and MLCs on Thursday staged a unique stir march. They walked towards the AP Legislative Assembly by wearing handcuffs as a symbolic protest highlighting the deterioration of law and order in the state and raised slogans demanding the AP government to protect the fundamental rights of people. The TDP members alleged that incidents of violence against SCs, STs, BCs, and minorities have increased after YSRCP came to power. Freedom of the press is under threat in the state, they mentioned. The fourth day of the Assembly winter session began on Thursday.
