Chandrababu, TDP MLAs & MLCs stage protest on AP Assembly premises

On the first day of the winter session of the Legislative Assembly, TDP national president and opposition leader N Chandrababu Naidu, MLAs, and MLCs on Monday walked into the premises of the Assembly by raising slogans against the ruling YSRCP government. They demanded the AP government to extend support to farmers whose crops were submerged or damaged by Cyclone Nivar. The AP Assembly condoled the death of former president Pranab Pranab Mukherjee and hailed him as a multifaceted personality. The session is expected to be conducted for five days starting from today.
