Telangana TDP stages protest against Akbaruddin comments at NTR Ghat

Expressing anger over NTR Ghat demolition comments made by MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi, the Telangana TDP leaders and workers staged a protest at NTR Ghat in Hyderabad on Thursday. Speaking to the media, a TDP leader criticised the MIM and BJP for dragging the NTR Ghat into the controversy to get some votes in the GHMC elections. He demanded Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay to pay tributes to the TDP founder and former chief minister NT Rama Rao at NTR Ghat only after the Central government announced Bharat Ratna for their departed leader.
