CM Jagan launches Jagananna Thodu scheme

Andhra Pradesh government has launched another scheme, ‘Jagananna Thodu.’ It is an interest-free loan scheme that will help to shield vendors from loan sharks. The state government will lend support to nearly 10 lakh eligible beneficiaries. According to the scheme, the vegetable vendors, fruits vendors, pushcart vendors, and small shopkeepers are eligible for the said loan amount. Banks will credit the stated amount of Rs 10,000 to the eligible beneficiaries within a week or ten days under this Jagananna Thodu scheme. YS Jagan led AP government is implementing the scheme in collaboration with banks to improve traders and vendors' lives.
