Meet the first Indian to ride on the Hyperloop

Tanay Manjrekar from Pune was the first Indian to ride on the Hyperloop. Sharing about his experience, he said he was dancing while he was going into the pod. The pod in the tube touched 170 kmph in just six seconds, he stated. To a question, Tanay said that the test run was conducted to demonstrate that riding on the Hyperloop is safe for people. Travelling in a Hyperloop gives an experience of flying in an aeroplane, he explained. Tanay had joined as an intern in Hyperloop five years ago after completing studies at Pune University.
