Former Assam Chief minister Tarun Gogoi Passes Away
Former Assam chief minister Tarun Gogoi has passed away on November 23rd. He was 86. According to the reports, the senior Congress leader died while undergoing treatment for post COVID complications at Guwahati Medical College. Earlier, he was offered plasma therapy, and he overcame it. But the post covid complications led to his death. He was in ventilation for some time. Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said outside the Gauhati Medical College Hospital (GMCH) before media that he died at 5-34 pm while balling for ill-ness. Tarun Gogoi was diagnosed with the coronavirus in August end.
