Local body polls in AP will not be held during Nimmagadda tenure: JC Diwakar Reddy

Former TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy on Thursday predicted that elections to local bodies in Andhra Pradesh will not be conducted during the tenure of Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar as State Election Commissioner. Responding to a question asked by the media, Diwakar stated that contested candidates will file petitions in the High Court against the State Election Commission (SEC) if the SEC cancels unanimously declared ZPTCs and MPTCs. He made satirical comment on Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy by saying that US President Donald Trump had drawn the experience from the YSRCP government.
