Central forces needed to stop red sanders smuggling in AP: Deodhar
BJP national secretary Sunil Deodhar on Wednesday visited Tirumala and offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara. Speaking to the media, Deodhar has stressed on the need for protection of the wealth of the Seshachalam forest. He said that the smuggling of red sanders logs from the Seshachalam forest has been rampant for several decades. Deodhar stated the AP BJP leaders will place a demand in front of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to ask for central forces for the prevention of red sanders smuggling. BJP leader Bhanu Prakash Reddy and others have accompanied Deodhar to Tirumala.
