At Moscow meet, India walks out as Pak uses doctored map
National Security Adviser Ajit Doval and the Indian team have objected to Pakistan using a doctored map as a background for its representative at the Moscow meeting. The Indian team has walked out a meet of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization hosted by Russia. The fictitious map has presented Indian territories as part of Pakistan. The Indian team has launched a protest against Pakistan's blatant violation of norms.
Later, the ministry spokesperson Anurag Srivastava has alleged that Pakistan has intentionally projected a fictitious map as it has recently been propagating.
Prime Minister Imran Khan of Pakistan on August 4 had issued the map claiming Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and Sir Creek as parts of Pakistan. India had earlier objected to it.
