TN leader demands safe disposal of Ammonium Nitrate stored at Chennai port

Pattali Makkal Katchi Ramadoss demanded to dispose of 40 tonnes of Ammonium Nitrate safely which is stored at Chennai port. PMK leader Ramadoss took to Twitter and asked the government to dispose of the Ammonium Nitrate which was seized and stored in a warehouse at Chennai port. Reports said that Ammonium Nitrate was imported Karur based company without obtaining any clearance.

Customs officials said that there is no danger and Ammonium nitrate stored in the warehouse is safely placed and no residential places or offices around it. It is known that the explosion took place in Lebanon's Beirut claimed hundreds of lives. Click the video for more information.
