HYDERABAD: Senior advocate Ramachandra Rao reacted on the AP governor Biswabhusan Harichandan assent to Andhra Pradesh Decentralisation and Inclusive Development of all Regions Bill. Speaking to the media, he expressed the opinion that the Supreme Court of India may not approve three capitals as no state in the country has three capitals and is thought that it is against the decision of people.

On Friday, the governor Biswabhusan Harichandan gave assent to Andhra Pradesh Decentralisation and Inclusive Development of all Regions Bill and AP CRDA Repeal 2014 Bill. Opposition parties termed it as a black day in Andhra Pradesh history.
