MP Raghurama Krishna Raju files petition in AP High Court
MP Raghurama Krishna Raju has filed a petition in the AP High Court on Friday, requesting a stay on his suspension from the YSRCP. He brought to the notice of the High Court that he had sought clarity from the Election Commission of India (ECI) about the show-cause notice issued to him. The MP mentioned in the petition that show-cause notice was not served by the party’s disciplinary committee. Krishna Raju further said there is an ambiguity as to on whose name the YSRCP is registered. He made the ECI, Anna YSRCP and YSRCP national general secretary Vijay Sai Reddy as respondents.
