No Chinese companies will be allowed for road projects, joint ventures: Nitin Gadkari

NEW DELHI: In another jolt to Chinese companies, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said that Indian will not allow Chinese firms to take part in high way projects including joint ventures that have Chinese partners. Amid the standoff with China at the LAC, the Union Minister also said that Chinese companies will not be allowed in sectors like Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Minister said that very soon a policy will come banning Chinese companies and relaxing norms to the Indian firms to increase chances to take part in high way projects. Earlier, the Indian government imposed a ban on 59 Chinese apps stating threats to national security. Click the video for more information.
