MLA who tests positive for Coronavirus votes in PPE suit for Rajya Sabha elections

BHOPAL: A Congress MLA who tested positive for novel Coronavirus exercised his franchise in the elections to 24 Rajya Sabha seats on Friday. According to the sources, Congress MLA Kunal Chaudhary who tested positive for Coronavirus reached the state assembly in Bhopal covering from head to toe in personal protective equipment (PPE) and carried a mobile on his hand and cast his vote. His turn to vote came after 205 MLAs.

People around him followed the physical distancing. Reports said that the MLA tested positive for Coronavirus on 12th June. Meanwhile, BJP leader Hitesh Bajpai questioned how the Election Commission permitted a person who tested positive for Coronavirus to come out and vote. Click the video for more information.
