Prof K Nageshwar: CM Jagan retreats on AP Council abolition? keen to admit 12 TDP MLCs, YSRCP to get majority by March

According to Professor K Nageshwar, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is reconsidering his decision to abolish the AP Legislative Council. The YSRCP Ministers and leaders are reportedly holding talks with the 12 TDP MLCs for admitting them into their party. Among the 12 TDP MLCs, two of them are showing interest to join the BJP. The ruling AP government wants to get the AP Council nod for three-capitals bill by admitting the TDP MLCs into the YSRCP. Nageshwar said that the YSRCP will get majority in the AP Council by March as some of the TDP MLCs will be retired.
