198 variants of Coronavirus identified in India
NEW DELHI: Amid Coronavirus pandemic, the Zoological Survey of India (ZSI) identified 198 variants of Coronavirus in India. According to the sources, two variants which are from Europe and China are prevalent in India and ZSI identified 198 variants of Coronavirus are prevalent in India mostly from Delhi. Telangana, Gujarat, Karnataka and Maharashtra.
Reports said that the researchers and scientists found approximately 400 types of genomes in India and 198 variants of the virus. It means the virus mutated 198 times in India before and after the virus entered into the country. Click the video for more information.
