CM KCR writes letter to Modi to withdraw Electricity Amendment Bill 2020

HYDERABAD: Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to express dismay over the Electricity Amendment Bill 2020. According to the sources, it is mentioned in the letter that the reformed Electricity Amendment bill will directly show its adverse impact on the electricity Discoms.

CM KCR demanded the Centre to withdraw the proposed Electricity Amendment Bill. CM KCR criticised that the proposed bill seems that it will withdraw the powers of the states and opinioned it needs to contact the states before taking any decision. Click the video for more information
