The scheduled visit of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to New Delhi got canceled at the last minute. AP CM is supposed to meet the Union Minister Amit Shah and others to highlight the state's challenging issues and seek support from the center.

Reports suggest that the like-minded BJP leaders of AP have sent representation in the form of the letter to the party high command in the Delhi highlighting the present political position of the state, including the ordinance issue of SEC Nimmagadda Ramesh and its link up with the court. The leaders have also reportedly mentioned other court cases about the coloring of the government buildings with that of the party color and other such issues. Reportedly, this letter has reached the party high command. It is learned that the letter turned effective, and the party high command has postponed CM YS Jagan's Delhi tour, for the time being, citing some other reasons.
