Will take all steps to introduce English medium in govt schools: CM Jagan

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has reiterated that his government is committed to introduce English as a medium of instruction in all government schools from first to sixth standard in the next academic years onwards. He alleged that the opposition has tried its best to prevent the state government from introducing English medium in government schools. The chief minister stated that 96 per cent parents of students have opted for English medium education in government schools with Telugu as a subject. “We will challenge the High Court verdict in the Supreme Court with the survey reports,” he mentioned.
